Description

The old logger.dir.walog property no longer serves any purpose. It should be removed. Upgrades aren't possible from 1.5 or earlier to 1.8 or later. This property is only used to upgrade from 1.4 or earlier. Since that's no longer possible, it should just be removed.

Documentation and example accumulo-site.xml files should be updated.
