Stumbled across https://accumulo.apache.org/1.6/apidocs/org/apache/accumulo/core/iterators/user/TransformingIterator.html:

The reason for this is due to ACCUMULO-??? (insert issue number). 

We should fix the Javadoc to actually reference the right JIRA issue.
