Description

A number of configuration parameters are desirable.

1. Global on/off to avoid inadvertent bugs hitting clients not using replication at all
2. Prefix for defining clusters to replicate to
3. Prefix for specifying which tables should be replicated to which clusters
4. Control frequency which tablet rows are scanned to find new data to replicate
5. Control number of outgoing connections to slaves from master
6. Control maximum size of data replicated to a slave node from a master node.
