Description

java.lang.RuntimeException: Zookeeper did not start within 20 seconds. Check the logs in /.../accumulo16/test/target/mini-tests/org.apache.accumulo.test.functional.CleanTmpIT_test/logs for errors.  Last exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
