Migrating MAC to use TestingServer for ZooKeeper

    Description

      Currently we start an in Java Process to run ZooKeeper for MAC. Curator has a TestingServer, which is an already managed in memory ZooKeeper. We should switch to this after the Curator migration to simplify things for MAC.
