[ACCUMULO-1254] no-trash option doesn't work against hadoop2 and CDH4

Description

With Hadoop 2.0.2-alpha, the trash settings moved to a server side configuration from a client side. This means that it cannot be overridden by not using the Trash object. I'm not sure if this is something that CAN be addressed, but if so we should look into it. Or at least document --no-trash more accurately.
