Hi,

Please take a look at

This issue is fairly critical in that the Tomcat guys refuse to do anything on
their end and this occurs very frequently which makes it extremely difficult to
develop under Tomcat. I would really appreciate sort of patch or workaround in
the short-term.

Excuse me, it's been over a month since this issue has been reported and I've
gotten no reply. Any there any plans for commiting this fix to 1.3?
