Hello, developers! To my great grief can not render subj. Failures: * where are the top and bottom rulers I have asked for? * why are not the PNG images scaled to fit? (docbook itself uses "auto" for all, but I have manually changed for scale-to-fit for the content-width - did not help) * where is the numbering for odd pages? * why are the pages in wrong order? (these are the parameters I pass to docbook-xsl 1.60.1 paper.type "'A4'" header.rule 1 footer.rule 1 double.sided 1 )

You realize that the FOP you're working with is not intended to be used, yet? It's under heavy development and by no means guaranteed to work. It represents our redesign effort. If you want to work with the latest code that works, you need to download the sources from CVS using tag "fop-0_20_2-maintain" as described here: http://xml.apache.org/fop/dev/index.html
