[HTTPCLIENT-2309] Proxy url set via HttpClientBuilder is not working

Description

I'm using org.apache.hc.client5.http.impl.classic.HttpClientBuilder and setting proxy via builder.setProxy(HttpHost.create(myProxyUri)).
After upgrade from 5.2.1 to 5.2.2 I'm getting:
