    Description

      RMWebServices and AHSWebServices has a bunch of duplicate code at getApps/getApp/getAppAttempts. We need to reuse the logic RMWebServices, but retrieve the application information from different data source respectively. In addition, RMWebServices needs to provide getAppAttempt/getContainers/getContainer as well, as AHSWebServices has already exposed them.
