Description

The default SVN client config is to have auto-props turned off and svn:eol-style is not set by default. For .java .xml .wsdl and other text files it is preferrable to have svn:eol-style set to native so that checking in text files on windows or linux doesn't cause a change in the representation of the 'newline' e.g. LF, CRLF (and CR I think for Mac). We should change the svn:eol-style property on text files to prevent LF/CRLF whitespace issues.

We should also encourage developers to use auto-props in the SVN client config file.
