[WICKET-56] RadioChoice produces invalid XHTML

Description

If a RadioChoice component is bound to a <div> tag then Wicket adds a "name" attribute, but the XHTML validator complains that "NAME" may not be defined for a <div>. It looks as if only the actual <input> tags are supposed to contain "name", not the parent tag.
