Description

The interface for managing user groups should display None as the editing user group if editusergroupid is NULL. Instead it just displays '@'. Additionally, if the group is edited, there is no way to leave the editing user group set to NULL. The ability for the edit user group to be NULL needs to exist so that the edit user group can be deleted without having to first change the edit user group setting for all groups where it is used to something else before deleting it.
