Description

In 5 parts:

1. make an OR request/reply that provides a full IDuccWork for a given DuccId, including command line
2. have users of getCommandLine() employ the request/reply function
3. have OR no longer publish command line as part of the regularly published non-abbbreviated map
4. have users of OR abbreviated map go back to non-abbreviated map
5. remove OR abbreviated map publication
