Description

• Build ant script callable from the maven pom to build docs because the plugin isn't adequate
• Remove all bluej, ibm, and userid references
• Try to eliminate the warnings
• Fix broken cross references
• Add APACHE / UIMA boiler plate at beginning
• Set MIME type tor .tex files
