    Description

When a webapp is configured via the <Context> tag, TuscanyHost's addChild method gets called before start. This leads to null values being passed to the TuscanyContextListener in addChild (obviously not what's intended). There should be a way to delay the creation of the TuscanyContextListeners until start is called.

Note, this happens quite a lot when using Tomcat within Eclipse, since it configures the web app via the server.xml file.
