[TOMAHAWK-593] When i use StreamingAddResource and put calendar componente in tabbed panel, the css styles is not added

Description

Hello, i use StreamingAddResource in my application. But when i nested HtmlCalendar components whith tabbedpannel the calendar css style is not added.
I try trace it, but i see that the css is added in css "/id----/header.css", that contain @

{inport .....}

whith this the firefox download the rest of css, but in this situations isn´t added. If i put calendar out of tabbed its ok!!
