Description

dl4j's dependencies don't yet all include support for aarch64. We should add an "assumeFalse" before the tests to make sure we're not trying to run the tests on an aarch64.

The proper solution is use an x86_64 jdk[1], but we shouldn't fail the build for aarch64 jdks.
