Description

• Currently for the build to run in PPC. Phantom JS must be installed manually as specified @ https://github.com/ibmsoe/phantomjs-1
• Manual install would be required until PhantomJS community and its npm wrapper supports PPC.
• This ticket is to ensure that once they start supporting, the build works without manual install.
