      <date value>    ::=   <years value> <minus sign> <months value> <minus sign> <days value>
      <time value>    ::=   <hours value> <colon> <minutes value> <colon> <seconds value>
      <time zone interval>    ::=   <sign> <hours value> <colon> <minutes value>
