Description

Saving a list object to disk would be useful for neural networks, to be able to store checkpoints more easily.
simply given a list construct a folder with a file per entry in the list.
and be able to read it again, based on the metadatafile specifying list type, and the actual file specifying the individual paths to the underlying entries to the list.
