MLContext Statistics does not reset heavy hitter instructions between runs.

    Description

      Currently, if multiple scripts are invoked sequentially using MLContext with statistics turned on, the list of heavy hitter instructions is not reset in between scripts. Therefore, the heave hitters will carry over to each subsequent script that is executed.
