[SYNCOPE-464] Report error information in HTTP body

Description

As suggested in [1], it would be a nice improvement to report error information, besides HTTP headers, also in the HTTP body in either JSON or XML, according to Accept header value.

This would improve usability of RESTful services by non-SyncopeClient enabled callers.
