    Description

      SPARK-47040 add `--wait` support to `start-connect-server.sh`

      ./sbin/start-connect-server.sh [--wait] [options]

       

      In https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/45852, we discussed and reached a consensus to promote `–wait` to all service for consistency
