Default to docValues=true for string field in techproducts example

    Description

      SOLR-8740 defaulted all fields which are non text fields to use docValues=true by default.

      In the "techproducts" config set, "string" field is missing the default . I propose adding docValues=true for the field. The remaining non text fields in this example use the same defaults
