Description

In the context of enabling Confluence shortcut link functionality (SOLR-5965), joes mentioned on #asfinfra that the ASF CMS can emulate all Confluence features, including PDF export, and that we should consider switching the Solr Reference Guide from Confluence to the ASF CMS.
