SolrCore should fail to init in SolrCloud mode if schema does not contain _version_ field

    Description

      Basic SolrCloud consistency requires there to be a version field in the schema.xml, but nothing currently enforces this. We need a clear and straight forward error in this case so users attempting to upgrade from existing single node Solr setups to multinode SolrCloud setups know they need to modify their configs.
