[SOLR-16259] installer not properly defining the PID directory -- newline missing at the end of bin/solr.in.sh

Description

The file bin/solr.in.sh is missing a newline at the end of the file.  When the service installer script runs, the first line it adds is SOLR_PID_DIR, which ends up not working because of that missing newline.

The installer script should add a newline before the lines it adds.
