Description

Up-to-date Carrot2 clustering library requires Java 11+. This makes it impossible to maintain the search results clustering extension on Solr 8.x. This issue removes the contrib entirely.

A backport of master-only patch that modernizes and cleans up the clustering contrib is available as a patch at SOLR-14974.
