Description

IP-based access control is supported in jetty, but wrestling the XML can be difficult for beginners (e.g. wrapping the handler correctly and so on). I think we should make it easy to use.

SOLR_IP_WHITELIST="127.0.0.1, 192.168.0.0/24, [::1], [2000:123:4:5::]/64"
SOLR_IP_BLACKLIST="192.168.0.3, 192.168.0.4"
