[SOLR-11039] Next button in Solr admin UI for collection list pagination does not work.

Description

If I have more than 20 collections in my SolrCloud cluster, and I hit the "Next" button, I get an error with admin UI.

(Note: If I use the original UI, I don't see this bug.)
