Description

Add a new "nodemap" command, which will allow the caller to

1. get the basic nodemap of the YARN cluster, the one the YARN client can obtain.
2. get the REST/IPC-exported nodemap of the identified cluster; this will include the specifics on component placements.

Functional tests can use this to determine cluster size and state of AA deployments
