Rename the sis-app module as sis-console

    Description

      The code recently committed in sis-app is aimed to provide a command-line interface, eventually as an interactive console using java.io.Console in a future version. Consequently the sis-console module name would be a more accurate name, and would keep sis-app available for a GUI application in a future SIS version.
