Description
fs.defaultFS usually is set in the YARN environment so that Hadoop FileSystem will use the default. However, in some environment, the default is not set, therefore the application must specify it.
REEF-1799 has added it into the Avro schema to allow the client to pass it from .Net to Java REEF, and made it available at both client and driver. Now we need to set it to YarnConfiguration so that Haddop FileSystem can use it.
