Major Description
Tags assigned to a resource (like a table) are applied for all its descendent resources (like columns) as well by Ranger policy engine APIs isAccessAllowed()/evaluatePolicies(). However, {{getResourceACLs() }}API does not consider tags on ancestor resource, which causes its return to be inconsistent.
