Description

Attached a set of classes acting as a standalone stress test tool for James.
As the package namespace I chose o.a.j.postage, the latter being the preliminary name for this tool.
While being functional at least under James 2.2.0, all integrational aspects are not yet discussed,
even if it is integrated into the codebase at all.
It is intended as a first draft, a base for discussions.
A howto is included.
