[OOZIE-2491] oozie acl cannot specify group,it does`t work

Description

when I do oozie acl, specify oozie.job.acl=aclGroup, it doesn`t work when modify the job with user which belong to the aclGroup.By debugging source code, " groupsService.getGroups(user).equals(aclItem) ", a List object compare to a String object ,it`s false forever.
