Description

Entities have titles, and fields within them have descriptions.

These are only defined in English.

Web Tools allows you to browse entity definitions. It should present names and descriptions in a localised language.

I propose

• the name attribute of <entity> and description attribute of <field> remain as-is for backward compatibility and as a default value if localised text is not available for a language.
• A new optional attribute for <entity> and for <field>, each of which contain a key for a resource property, much like the keys for text in widgets. Names might be nameKey and descriptionKey
• XML property files with localised values for different languages
