Description

When running NiFi under a container runtime and orchestrator like Kubernetes, it is sometimes useful for the orchestrator to know when the NiFi process is stopping (e.g. killed by the Linux OOMkiller).  When the bootstrap automatically restarts NiFi it obscures that fact from the orchestrator.  Having the bootstrap simply terminate when NiFi terminates would expose the fact of the main NiFi process crashing or terminating to the container runtime, which would in turn notify the orchestrator.
