[NIFI-5101] Add SiteToSiteReporting Task schemas to documentation

Description

This case builds off the wonderful example from NIFI-4809 of adding the known schema to the documentation for SiteToSiteReportingTasks (see here for example). Having the schema readily available in the documentation will make it easier for the user to work with these reporting tasks and the record-based processors (the latter of which are more efficient than other components).
