Description

Acording to the spec (section 5.3.1.3, p5-12), "It is an error to configure cyclic references between managed beans".
In the current implementation, a StackOverflowException is thrown in the org.apache.myfaces.config.ManagedBeanBuilder.buildManagedBean(ManagedBeanBuilder.java:44) if there is a cyclic reference. We should catch it and throw a FacesException instead...
