Description

I created a maven project in IntelliJ idea. And there is only one dependency: JUnit 4.13. I found that if the name of the local maven repository contains a hyphen sign, the build will fail.

local maven repository name example: E:\Dev\maven-repository

The error is: package org.junit does not exist

Update: This issue is caused by IntelliJ IDEA 2020.1.1 and 2020.1.2

Maven works fine from the command line.
