Description

On the EventSpy we get the ToolchainsBuildingRequest event twice and the ToolchainsBuildingResult is not sent. The problem is here where the ToolchainsBuildingRequest event is sent twice to the eventSpyDispatcher instead of the ToolchainsBuildingResult event.
