Description

Similar to how it's done during agent registration/re-registration, the informations provided by a resource provider need to get validation during certain operation (e.g. re-registration, while applying offer operations, ...).
Some of these validations only cover the provided informations (e.g. are the resources in ResourceProviderInfo only of type disk), others take the current cluster state into account (e.g. do the resources that a task wants to use exist on the resource provider).
