Description

Currently we have a `PortMapping` message defined for `DockerInfo`. This can be used only by the `DockerContainerizer`. We need to introduce a new Protobuf message in `NetworkInfo` which will allow frameworks to specify port mapping when using CNI with the `MesosContainerizer`.
