Description

With slave restart, a slave that was asked to shutdown could potentially come up and try to re-register with the master with the old slave id. This would be problematic (e.g., if the master added this slave to its deactivated map).

On a related note, the slave should wait for all executors to exit and task updates to be ACKed before shutting down.
