NOTE: This bug occurs only when we build MADlib in debug mode:

cmake -DPOSTGRESQL_9_4_PG_CONFIG=$PGHOME/bin/pg_config -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug ../incubator-madlib/

Running install check on the random forest module causes a database crash.
I have seen this issue happening on both Postgres (9.4 and 9.6) and HAWQ 2.2.0.0.

On HAWQ, I noticed this error with MADlib-1.11 and 1.12.
On Postgres, I checked it against the latest MADlib master, and have not tested it against those particular release commits.

I am guessing this issue exists in Greenplum too.
