Description

This is a spin-off issue from discussion in https://github.com/apache/lucene/pull/25. In this issue, we would like to turn on org.eclipse.jdt.core.compiler.problem.missingEnumCaseDespiteDefault=enabled configuration, and fix problems that arise.
