Description

At the moment the href property accept file uris like

file:///etc/logging/log4j_appenders.xml

but it also would be nice if it works with the property subsituition like:

file://§{log.configdir}/log4j_appenders.xml or

file://§{env:log.configdir:-/etc/logging}/log4j_appenders.xml
