Description

I tried to package Kylin with build/script/package.sh, and it failed with error

bower angular-unstable#1.1.5 ECMDERR Failed to execute "git ls-remote --tags --heads https://github.com/johannestroeger/bower-angular-unstable.git", exit code of #128 remote: Repository not found. fatal: repository 'https://github.com/johannestroeger/bower-angular-unstable.git/' not found

And the dependency "phantomjs" can not be installed with "npm install phantomjs" now.
